2015 Stock Radio w/Navigation

Can someone please tell me what could possibly be wrong with my 2015 Stock Radio for a Tacoma TRD Sport Dblcb. Everything seems to be working fine except the fact that there are no sounds coming out of my speakers! All fuses are good. Brought it to the shop today and they said that it needs a "flash update" anyone know what that is?

 

There is an update you can get from the Toyota Website I believe. Plug a USB into your computer to transfer to your truck through USB port I believe.

Add: or you could play with the settings. Maybe you changed something by accident?

 

Everything is on its default setting.

 

Yeah i had to get mine reflashed at the dealer because it was messing up like yours, they left the usb stick in the truck after they finished, so I have a copy of the update if you want it or if it's still under warranty you can get the dealer to do it for you.

Sure that's no problem.. All you need is a 4gb thumb drive that's cleared out
