How's the trasharoo doing mounted on your tailgate? I just got 1 from a tw secret Santa and had been concerned about it scratching the tailgate. Somebody on the overlanding thread gave me the suggestion of plasti dipping that side of the tailgate so it'll be protected and not get scratched I thought that was a pretty good idea

It scratched my tailgate to hell:-( I recently polished most of the scratches out. The bag itself is fine but once you get off road the dirt under there that the truck kicks up was the issue. also there must have been a beer bottle or something in the trasharoo last trip and when I opened my tailgate I was wedged between the bumper and tailgate and put a very tiny dent in my tail gate. I have talked to a few people and some run painters tape behind it. Still trying to figure out how I’m going to run it. Not to farmiliar with plasti dip I’ll have to look into that.

Plasti dip is the stuff every body uses on here to color their emblems and wheels and stuff. It's a rubber spray paint that you can simply peel off if you don't want it anymore. I had done my grill surround and rear bumper white on my other truck and it's a really good match then I sprayed them with the plasti dip glossifier, basically a clear coat but also rubber and pealable. The truck is many light coats there are plenty of you tube videos on using it

I like them a lot but the squadron pros are defiantly too bright to run on the street without a switch pro or ability to dim them down a bit. I’m running a switch pro and have the fogs wired to that instead of the factory switch. When I’m on the street I use them them at 50%. I can snag a few pics for ya tomorrow.

Not sure how I feel about the red and white. I put the red in there for if I wanted to turn on one light the red would help save night vision. It’s functional but am having mixed feeling. Feel I should have gone all red or all white.

Haven’t been camping and no trips lately but managed to snap a few shots with the new tires the other day.

My girlfriend also picked me up a pretty cool patch from frontrunner the polar bear along with their utensil set for my birthday.
