    Well I'm officially OUT :(

    Broke my left upper arm Wed night on the mountain bike. I had my first follow up appt this morning. Gonna be a few more weeks of nothing but rest and medication. Stuck in a splint and sling for now.

    This sucks, I was looking forward to some bike riding and mild 4x4 exploring.
