    I understand, and I came off differently than I meant to. I was just 'bragging' in the opposite direction that if I just had the time I would be there and not spend another cent on my truck, only gas and food. I assure you, if I could spend another $5000 on my truck (I'm a poorly-paid teacher) I would and I could have EVEN MORE fun in Moab but necessary for me. :)

    that also brings up a question... I was seriously thinking about bringing my generator... Is it necessary? Who else is bringing one? Thought it would be cool to have it for people that need it at camp.....

    yeah ill have 220 volt generator/welder out there if anyone needs power ill have it. I just ask that people that want things charged link up so we can do it all at once. we used it a lot last year and only burned 4 gallons of fuel.

    It's life I wheel hard break big and have learned to have the tools to fix it. Last year I ended up having to weld the pas side steering mount back on to the frame then let the GF drive the day after.

    in other news Moab is getting a bath tomorrow and then should be back into the low 90's for next weekend. so pumped..

    Moab needs to wait about a week and a half for its bath. I'll be taking my power inverter so I can charge on trail. But also generator at camp is nice. Konsta brought up a good point today that the wife might not know what to do for a week without her comfort. I had planned to bring my big camper this year but the government decided I can only have 65 feet. I really did want to test out the powerstroke.
