    expect to use a lot of your AC :cool:

    it's nice when the sun starts to go down....hikes during the day are rough...i did 9-10 miles in arches through a primitive trail during july once and we were dying once we hit open desert in the sun...almost ran out of water :eek:

    but it's doable if you prep properly

    What engine temps were you hitting? I didn't have an ultragauge last year

    i didnt have an issue either then again i only ran it on Rustynail.

    The mechanical fan doesn't work to great at 4wheeling speeds. Low RPM and higher loads. I was thinking of adding a smaller electric fan as an assistance to the mechanical, just for Moab. I didn't have the heat issues you did but my A/C function lacks due to condenser heat soak.

    I can't wait for 2016! Well, wait long enough to finish some winter truck projects.

    The list!

    Aux cooling fan
    Differential gears
    Some sort of LED lighting (EAF!)
    New bed rack
    Newer Seats
    Possibly a Mid Travel setup
    Duals.....yeah right!

    No doubt, not a problem during my normal wheeling (tree covered trails). Intercooler in there heat soaking everything doesn't help either.
