I disconnected the relay to the trailer harness and it stopped blowing, I also disconnected the harness from underneath the knee panel left side driver and it still blows the fuse with the harness disconnected. Any tips would be helpful.

I don't have a schematic in front of me, but I think you're talking about the trailer battery charge fuse. There is a relay that turns on the power to the charge terminal in the 7 way trailer connector. Is the 7 way connector smashed? I'm curious how you even knew the fuse was blowing, since I'm pretty sure that only feeds the trailer connector.

you're totally right we're talking about the (battery charge fuse 30 A) for the 7-way trailer connector. And yes it only feeds that cable. The Funny thing is when I turn on my in the ignition switch. (On the second turn it pops the fuse) and it does not let me turn it on . I can't even hear the fuel pump turn on.and I disconnected the harness from underneath the knee panel. Following the schematic. Don't really know where to go next any help will be more than appreciated. Thank .

Change Relay..replace fuse and verify (relay might have internal issue)

I hate to be rude, but if you provide crap information, you will get crap advice. I've read through your last post 3 times and I think I interpret it that your truck won't start. If that's the case, the trailer charge wire has nothing to do with the engine not running. As for the harness you disconnected, nobody here knows exactly which harness you disconnected or why.

@caribe makaira I changed the relay and the fuse and it still popped as soon as I switch the ignition key to the 2nd turn.

I'd say to start the elimination process, disconnect the neg wire on the battery then open the engine fuse box to check the wiring in there. There are posts in here to guide you opening it.

Welcome to the forum. Is your wiring factory or do you have accessories added?

As for a guide on pulling the fuse panel apart I'd suggest you search for the dealer repair manual on here...there are several links floating around.

@Muddinfun Its I get what you're saying because the BATT CHG 30A fuse only goes to the trailer harness. I disconnected from underneath the steering wheel ,behind the knee panel, the driver side there are three connectors to that harness. which I disconnected to discard any ground causing short from the front driver side all the way to the back bumper. That's why I don't get it either . Now the fuse still blows ,the truck cranks but my fuel pump does not come on. I tested the fuse the relay and they're good I tested the harness and is a good harness tested the pump and it turned right on. ✌

Another suggestion; with the harness disconnected ( the towing harness in the cab), remove the fuse and relay. Make a jumper from pin 5 to 3, place it. Then replace fuse. If it pops then you'll know the short is somewhere from fuse to the cab.(connector)

Which harness underneath the knee panel? Which harness disconnected? Lots of ambiguities because of incomplete descriptions.
Fuses blow when there's a short or more current than the wiring/fuse are rated for. Find/fix the problem and then replace the fuse. Get under there and check the wiring from the 7-way all the way forward as well as the trailer wiring. Short will either be in damaged wire in contact with frame, damaged connector, or improperly wired plug. First guess would be trailer wiring not matching 7-way unless you have an aftermarket 7-way on the taco. A short might depost soot or cause surface damage to connector points so check all plugs in the harness. What's the charge state of the trailer battery? Too low and it might be pulling too much juice for the harness.
