All, I’m reaching out for some driveline angle input. I know there are many threads on this- I’ve read them cover to cover. My measurements just aren’t making sense. I currently have 3 degree shims installed (last photo) but when I zero on my transfer case flange and check the pinion flange I get 6 degrees up. This seems too much. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!!

Here are the new measurements: all taken from driver side. In each case, moving the left side of the gauge down made its measurement approach 0 which was set on the transfer case flange. I think this means all angles are down angles relative to the transfer case.
