2015 Tacoma Lower Grille Removal

I just purchased a 2015 Tacoma, it has the lower black textured plastic bumper grille/valance insert.

It has 2 holes drilled into it for a license plate which I do not need. I would like to replace this grille and have found them online, but still have been unable to locate directions on how to remove it. Any help would be appreciated.

The clips toward the center right in front the crash bar is tough to get to. I ended up cutting mine out with some shears because I was gonna discard it anyways. But it seems like removing the entire bumper is the best way to access all the clips.
