    just ordered all the pieces for this! Do you guys recommend I fasten this with riv nuts? I have a flat tailget panel made out of cutting board material, like the mountain hatch

    Worked in the yard from 8 AM till 1 PM. Then I sat in the A/C all afternoon watching motorcycle racing. Now I'm sleepy.

    Good looking brisket, Paul. Was gonna do ribs but it got too late. Instead I put on the rub and put them in the fridge for smoking tomorrow.

    Maybe a beer will wake me up.
