Im looking at this 2015 taco right now from Pittsburgh, concerned with rust. Is this okay? Bad? Good?

The frame is what you have to worry about. Most of that rust looks normal.

Pics of the leafs springs aren't indicative of the Rust issue found on most Tacomas. From what little I can see of the frame, it appears to be ok. And that is where you want to focus.
