I hates the old style side wall and outer lugs, these seem to be a new compound, time will tell how they hold up! Hopefully wheels arrive today, i'm about to install the kings right now

I don't think there is any change other than the outer lugs. I've seen 2 of these sidewalls get chunks taken out of them now. Pat may be OK cause it will still be mostly street and dirt road.

BFG states a whole new compound but who knows, your right this wont be wheeled like the tacoma was, all i want it to be is a nice lifted truck for some trail runs etc... i'm still intending on a RZR 1000 in the future and that will be the offroad rig, not my daily driver.

    BFG states....

I really don't feel any extra engineering went into it from what I've witnessed.

    Hahaha

My original KO's sucked! But I like the KO2's and I'd run them if I needed an A/T

So as usual with mods, it did take longer than initially planned. We took our sweet time and made sure to do a nice clean job. The truck fell right into alignment. I'd estimate 2" of lift. The ride is fantastic! It truly is smoother than I was anticipating. Will snag some pics this weekend, but as of right now i'm ecstatic!

Big thanks to @JTS2014TACO for helping all day, and @Rextinkleton93 and @T-rev for helping when they got off work!

It really does ride awesome. I will be running kings on my next truck for sure.

Gussets would be cool but are unnecessary. After this week tundra really will not have any more money put into mods. It's pretty much exactly where I want it. A nice lifted truck with good components and a nice set of wheels and tires

Honestly probably scraping that idea. Lol and If I feel I am using the truck at night more and need the extra light then I'll simply do a bar.

So when you buy a razor you won't go camping with it? Or a ground tent is fine?
