Batteries smatteries, all are the same except maybe panasonics. I had (2) optimas die on me. Not that great.
Mine usually last 3 years max. My BMW battery lasted about 5. Panasonic in my Subaru has lasted 3.5 so far and no lowering
    of voltage.

My 1990 Miata had a Panasonic OEM AGM battery--in the trunk--it lasted 12 years, and I changed it only because we were going on an extended trip into the Appalachians and I wanted no problems. Used an East Penn Deka AGM as the replacement. My '98 SL500 still has the original battery, also an AGM, also in the trunk...

My sister in law had a Panasonic in an old Nissan Hard Body pickup. The battery was original and lasted like twelve years. It was big talk at family reunions.

Thank you for all of the replies. I never get notifications from TW even though the box for them is ticked. The only electrical add-ons are the Auer Automotive LED daytime running lights and the extra brake light on the topper. Can't see those drawing much power. I'll chalk it up as a fluke battery. Like others have said, at least they gave me a new one under warranty.

Just some dumb regular crap everyone else has
My 2014 TRD Sport battery died this year with only 14K miles. Same symptoms as yours. Sucks.
