Finally installed the TRD pro grille I ordered back in October 2024. I purchased the grille from KOK Auto Parts and everything was shipped within a week or two. I will say that I had this installed at a local shop and he decided on his own that I didn’t need the TSS sensor garnish. I leave and immediately start having issues with the sensor. Took off the grill to find that he either soldered the plastic bolts on the original cover that you’re supposed to take off in order to put the garnish on OR the grille came like that. Just giving anyone a heads up if they have this same issue. There were no actual holes to hold this in place. Had to gently drill into each of the little plastic bolts to break the seal from the soldering in order to take the part off. Came off with ease and put the garnish on. Did have to solder the garnish back on since there wasn’t anything to bolt it to. As for the top of the sensor where there is an empty hole, I left it as is since it was pretty secure in place after soldering. Haven’t had issues since! In my opinion, the TSS sensor garnish is needed. Not sure how anyone else’s Tacoma is functioning without it because mine definitely did not. I love the way it looks on my Tacoma. I know there are a lot of people that think it’s dumb and “everyone is doing it” but I really don’t care. People will always do what they want so haters can stay hating. It looks nice with the raptor lights as well. Overall a great purchase and I am happy. :D

I need to replace the grill on my 2021 Sport after a turkey strike/
Have you got any "how to" tips?

I'm not particular about the grill that goes in to replace the damaged piece. But am looking to buy!turkey.jpg

It grilled up OK, but there were quite a few broken and displaced bones. ;-)
