As far as I know, yes. You might want to give Toytec a call just to confirm, but I can't imagine any reason why it would not.

    Thanks!

No, I don't have the BOSS coilovers. I went with the regular Toytec adjustable ones as they were a bit less money than the BOSS. Here's the link:

    http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Adjustable-Front-Coil-Over-Kit-for-Bilstein-Shocks_p_360.html

The coilovers have a few advantages (IMO) over using the stock coils @ .85: 1) better ride - the springs are softer and longer, so they soak up bumps without the harshness of the compressed stock coils; 2) unlike the stock coils, the Toytec (Eibach, actually) coils are matched to the valving of 5100s (or vice-versa), so the shock/spring combo is actually supported by both Toytec and Bilstein, whereas the 5100/stock coil or 5100/OME coil combos are not supported by anyone (at least, not yet); 3) precise adjustment for both front to rear and left to right is possible, so if you want 3/4" or 1-1/8" (or however much) lift, you can achieve it. When you go with a fixed shock setting with a fixed coil, you get what you get, which is all right, as lots of folks on here do that and seem to be happy with the outcome. I'm a bit OCD, so I wanted more control and was willing to pay the extra cost to get it. I've had the same coilovers on my 2004 4Runner since 2009 and they've been great, so I just decided to stick with what I know works. Also, since I know what my ride height was when I had it aligned, if there is any settling of the coils over time, I can crank them up to get back to the same ride height without having to pay for another alignment.

The one obvious drawback is that they're quite a bit more expensive than just going with 5100s and using the stock coils; however, if I was contemplating adding OME coils + the Taco lean spacer, I'd just spend the extra couple hundred bucks and get the coilovers for the all the reasons listed above.

Wow, thanks for providing such a thorough explanation, exactly what I needed:) I'll be thinking about adding these coils, thanks again.

How much lift with the 5100's are sitting on the 265's? Looks good. Was debating if 265's would look too small on my lift.

Man that is a good post and info! I've never seen those on Toytecs site before seems perfect to me. Like you I've got a little OCD with the adjustment but didn't wanna spend the big bucks on coilovers you'll have to rebuild etc.

Yeah, that pretty much nails it. I wasn't looking for a cheap solution, but also couldn't justify Kings, Fox, etc. since I'm only a casual wheeler. The Toytecs gave me exactly what I was looking for without breaking the bank. Also, if I decide to increase the lift later, all I have to do is add a rear lift, (probably) replace the UCAs, and crank up the fronts. Nothing I've already bought gets wasted.

Ya that's a damn good point to. Also if you did have a shock leaking or something it's a quick fix instead of a out of service rig for awhile while they get rebuilt, never liked that idea either. I see you live in the salt too always hated the idea of them $ coilovers getting ate up. Not sure about Fox but I was looking up kings and icon and the warranty pretty much sucks. Kinda of surprised to see that for what you pay.

Nice truck. Did you use the 2" AAL or block for the rear?

2" lift. I was debating it at first but they look pretty beefy on 17x8.5 wheels.

Thanks for the pic! I ordered the OME kit with Dakar's, and LT265/75/16 load C Toyo Open Country AT2 tires. I was almost getting worried the tires would look small but then size looks great in this pic.

Fit stock height with .5" to spare on Upper Control Arm, no wheel spacer. Close call but the tires didn't rub, even at full lock. I have 3/1.5 lift on it now. With the tires here are the before lift and after lift pics

Probably not, my clearance is minimal. Under normal driving you might be ok but any serious compression of the suspension and I think you will have problems. If you want to run that size look into doing a cab corner chop on the frame. There are a couple write ups on how to do that in the forum somewhere. Good luck!
