I installed this suspension in 2009, 2 months after purchasing the truck. I have loved the ride and the look.
At 65000 miles alignment cams and tabs seized in lower control arm... replaced both lca's and decided to refresh suspension.

Eibach 620 springs up front, Ome add a leaf in rear and Bilstein shocks set at 0 all around. Suspension installed in July.
BFG KO2 265/70/17 and SR5 wheels installed November.

Looking at buying these and throwing them on a 2017 Tacoma SR5 that is completely stock. First addition to my "new" truck and trying to determine if they will fit without leveling kit and/or spacers. Seems most everyone has been putting them onto TRD so far and they are doable without additional upgrades. Should I expect the same with SR5?

I just picked up a set on craigslist for $550 brand new take offs that still had the rubber nipples all over the tread and got them installed. Stock suspension, stock everything. No rubbing from what i can tell. Big o tires did the tpms sensor switch from my current trd off road tires for $37 total, basically just charged for the stem repair kit. My only beef was that they were careless with their air wrench and chunked up the area surrounding the stem a bit on all 4 wheels -_-
But still love the look so far

Just picked up a set of 2019 4 Runner wheels too. My question is can I use my 2011 Tacoma tpms for these new wheels? Are they interchangeable?

I went with the 265/65/17's aka twinkies for my truck. I'm not trying to impress folks with mu tires, lol. I won't be putting any miles on them till my Head Gasket is replaced, but once that's done with we will be burning some gas, and hopefully no more antifreeze. :bikewhoops:

I picked up a 5th rim for a spare and decided to weigh it on the scale. Just for everyone’s info.

Tire shop was able to take my stock 06 wheels and put the tpms in the new wheels. I imagine it'd be the same for an 11

This thread inspired me! Picked up a set of rims for $300 on Craigslist and just got some new 265/70 wildpeaks mounted up today. No rubbing issues!

nice! Looking into these rims right now on fb martketplace. I like this set up!

did you have to run spacers? Or this is stock? Cause the stance is nice!

the backspacing is 4.75 i think so no need. No spacers on mine and i have 275/70 wild peaks and i only barely rub at full lock in reverse but i have the 887/5100 lift, I haven’t done any trimming but it’s prob minimal when i do it.
887/5100 lift + aal13E752C6-5722-484B-851C-4A1868E856CC.jpg Before that i ran the 265s stock 4Runner Bridgestone dueller h/ts with 3rd gen front sus(1in lift) and zero rub.

Can the same lug nuts be used or are new ones needed? If so, what specs? Thanks
