    all tore up already
Mine squeaks and creaks. They were 2 different sounds both in the pedal. Both seem temperature related, when the trucks been baking in the sun its louder. The first squeak was addressed by a "field technical supervisor" at my dealership by taking apart clutch pedal to grease the plastic pivot bushing. The other is a much more metallic sound coming from where the return spring rides. Im going to wrap the ends of the spring in brass shim stock so it can move smoother. But i havent gotten around it to yet so ill try to keep you all updated

You pm the forum owner @tcBob and ask for a tacomaworld decal. He does them.

As far as the squeaky pedal, it always makes me think of my 1995 Toyota truck clutch pedal squeak & creak like a son of gun

+1 ^^^^ that same for me... just when its hot and humid and only sometimes. Not enough for me to worry yet. I did notice I have to clutch all the way to the floor to get in and out of 4WD tho .. wasn't always that way.

Mine started squeaking around 3k. Brought it up at the 5k service, and all they did was note it! "Customer states squeaky clutch pedal" without doing anything. Was in a hurry to leave or I would've stayed until they lubed it. Will bring it up again at 10k and see what they say.

Mine has at times been extremely creaky. I too have the two different sounds, and both seem weather/temperature dependent. After one especially creaky stretch I took it to the dealer and was told it was "normal." Now that the weather has started to cool down it doesn't bother me much.

Hmmm. Well I put my foot down when I took mine in. I was like a 37k truck shouldnt be creaking. Could be worse like reliability issues lol

I took mine into the dealer at 7k and they couldn't recreate it. Right as I was driving away it started again, so I dragged them out to make them feel/hear it. They agreed it was defective and said they would order all new bushing parts. Still waiting to hear back.
