2016 Entune map not showing all traffic data

For a few months my factory head unit is not showing all of the traffic conditions (green/yellow/red) on some of the local highways. See picture… only one direction shows the traffic condition while the other direction is absent showing anything. I have tried resetting the head unit and turning that feature off and back on again and no luck. Any ideas?

 

That data comes to you from FM radio stations in your area (part of the HD Radio stream). It's possible the station in your area isn't transmitting the data for it to display.
