2016 Formula 1 Season Paddock

Late response (Tapatalk not working for TW has cut down on my time here!), but this is correct. There was a one car gap the entire time. Not only that, but Ricciardo had let out of the throttle and was going nearly 30kmh slower than Hamilton when he started losing the rear end. It's all shown on the telemetry. I have a long post I made on another forum I could paste here if necessary.

Yes, but there was never less than a one car width gap.you do know you are allowed to do that as long as you leave a gap, yes? He played chicken, Ricciardo lost. There was nothing against the rules there. Before it got to that point Ricciardo had let off the throttle anyway.

 

Yes , I know the rules , and in the Steward's report they called the space Hamilton left as " marginal but technically a car width " and of course Ricciardo got out of the throttle when it looked like he was driving into a wedge between Hamilton's car and the barrier , my point was that this blocking move was no better than Rosberg's move in Spain that had half of the thread calling for Rosberg to be sacked or disciplined by Mercedes

except for me and you , we both said it was a racing incident

 

It's over and everybody is focusing on Canada.

 

I do love Montreal.

That's a cool track. What do you think the lap times are for F1? Sub 2.5 minutes? Also that's a lot of track to police and keep people off during the race.
