2016 Fuel Leak after tech change injector electrical cables

HI all,
my taco haven't give any troubles until now. Went to a mechanic since it start failing, error P203 Injector circuit /OPEN (Cylinder 3). my best guest was a mice bite the electrical cable.. And was right. Change the cables.
But few days later start leaking gas, call the mechanic and he correct the issues, said was a clip that was not connected.
now (like 2 weeks later just use the Taco one or 2 times a week since now i work from home) , start leaking again and look is in the same place. I can't tell for sure since is in the back of the motor. I'm not sure if will call the mechanic again, or try to repair my self (long time I do not play with my cars)
do you had any suggestions how it solve for a long term repair?

other question
since is a clip, could be remove and use a Hose Pipe Clamps or something similar?
