16 Tacoma TRD Sport

I am replacing my knock sensor wiring in my 16 Tacoma and am stuck on my next step. Intake is off and sensors disconnected. Do I need to remove the direct injection? Can’t seem to sneak the harness out the back. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
