LED headlights are designed to draw heat off of the back of the housing. There will probably be an added solution at some point, but this is a known attribute of LED lights.

The Twin Projector LED upgrade option on my ES300h was about the same as the cost of these lights. Yes, they auto adjust vertically, but the cost for these is not really exuberant if the performance will be on par with those. I have not had the chance to do a side by side comparison with the truck and the Xenon Depot Extreme Pro LEDs I run in it but I can definitely say the truck might have the edge. Could just be the height difference between the two. It's harder to get the light out there as far with the Lex without blinding oncoming traffic since it sits so low.

HIDs for me in the High Beams are not an option. I need instant on lighting cruising country roads at night. We've seen 5 deer kills on the roads up near us in less than a week. On average we see 15 a year, mostly, obviously during hunting season. This amount in such a short time is alarming, and is a first.

Autoleveling, or at least mounting tabs next to the vertical adjustment screw for later motor options would have been the icing on the cake!

Most HIDs are instant on for highs, not many made now are low beam only.

    You always want MORE!!

I want to talk to you about this snow/ice issue though. I have a solution I think would be perfect and something we can do in under an hour. Meso Mods FTW!

Oh, I was unaware of that. I wonder why some guys trying the latest tech still say they are waiting..........

Some guys I read posts from take it to the extreme but even the ones that are reputable say there is still a slight delay.

Well just wait. I think someone will retrofit these with bi-led's all the way across and have 6 low and hi beams...

These are a good looking light IMO but not a fan of gloss black. Satin or matte option would be nice.:hattip:

Yea, and I am not sure why they can't have the same leveling system that the Tundra has with a adjustment knob in the cab. Would be super handy when you load the bed or tow.

It’s morimoto coming out with square halos again to fit these size projectors?

Yup. I constantly load heavy stuff, and when I do I get flashed all the time. :sorry:
Auto leveling would be legit. I am looking into it.
i bet someone will rip these apart and mod them even more....

Well I was talking about you. You always find a way to make something good even better. Can't wait to see what you come up with. I keep saying my new headlight build will be my last but can't do that with you around..lol..:hattip:

No plans, but we can help with custom shapes like we've done for other dealers if the qty is large enough!

I think with some customization it would look even cooler too--lens etching, demon eyes, etc.

Is that something that TRS is going to offer? Or would that be a project for the buyer? Because I've seen somewhere recently a list of CONS for doing a retrofit/customization.

Would be left up to the buyer, but surely some of our 1400+ dealers would be game for doing it too!
