My light bar was shipped from Baldwin Park, not China. Arrived in less than 2 days at my doorstep. Regardless pretty much any light bar name brand or not originates out of China, but that doesn't mean they don't use Cree LEDs.

Lets throw some shit on the wall and see what sticks. So many opinions passed off as facts without a shred of evidence.

Looks great! I'll be following in your foot steps.

I don't mind if these aren't Rigid Industries or ARB. If I start spending more time in the desert, maybe I'll spring for the pricier ones. But you just can't beat the price of these!

The retrofit source had a couple led light bars that specd out pretty impressive not expensive either. More lumens than the rigid... And a reputable source for lighting.

What brackets did you buy from home depot? And how did you get it through your fire wall into the cab?

1/8" x 1" Stainless Steel Flat Bar to finish off fabbing my own. A good grinder, metal drill bit and a little DIY will get the job done. There's a rubber grommet on the driver side of the firewall where the wirepack goes through. I fished the wiring through there, but be very careful not to splice the stock wires in the loom. Make your own hole on the side of the grommet if you need too. There's plenty of room to get the wiring through.

I had the same mind set, purchased a Lifetime LED 20" double stack bar for $219. It is not even close to Rigid Industries quality or performance. The 20" Lifetime couldn't match a pair of Rigid D2's output. Needless to say, I sold the bar and have been buying Rigid products ever since. They are priced pretty high, but you can't argue that you get what you pay for in this case.

I don't think there's any issue with getting air flow to the radiator. If more airflow is needed that what the main grill already provides might as well and mount the radiator in front of the grill.

This is the third time I've said this, have you taken any temperature reading of the LIGHT BAR? It can over heat if it doesn't have air going over it through that opening. Those china fake Cree bulbs put off major heat to make light

No, but if my front end melts to the asphalt I'll think of you.:goingcrazy:

By the way I've already said there's a 1/2 inch below and above for air flow. If that fucker goes into thermal meltdown because of lack of airflow I'll chuck it and buy another. Or maybe I'll take a second out and buy a Rigid. #firstworldprobs

Is it possible to take a second on motor vehicle? Maybe a title loan at 105% interest

Roof lights make shadows disappear. Anything light source above your head will make shadows behind things less visible.
