Technically, he wasn't carrying it. He was transporting it. So...............

I foresee charges being dropped on that reason.

 

if its loaded in Alabama (as of right now) a vehicle (even open carry on a motorcycle) is classified as a concealed carry. now if for some reason it wasn't loaded that's perfectly fine. they could be dropped, but I think first offense is only like a $50 fine anyway
