This may be the only time I ever am on the side of Jameis Winston, but, he too was just shooting bb guns.

 

Yeah and so many comments I've read of how the haters are saying what thugs and they should be kicked off the team. People act as if they never had BB guns in their youth. The stupid thing was just having it on campus, even though it was just a BB gun.

 

Yeah firearms/mock firearms are a big deal rn on college campuses. punishment was really harsh considering the offense, but the NCAA thinks these student athletes need to be perfect. which is true up to a point. tl;dr punishment didnt fit the crime

 

Hoping that they will drop the charges on those two kids. All of that for having BB guns. I do agree though they should of never had them on campus to begin with.

But, a felony? I get that there's a no weapon on campus law...for now. So some sort of punishment had to come down, I guess. But...a felony? That's a little outrageous.
