Let us know if it stays that way. I never felt like mine had anything but aero linked to it regardless that it happened at the exact speeds and sound that the "driveline harmonics" happens. In fact, with a ~15mph headwind it happened at 15mph less. Looking forward to an actual service bulletin # or anything.

Assuming he went in for the adhesive separation issue, and they adjusted the door while he was there. The two are unrelated.

Sounds like you and the OP are describing different problems then, since his was happening while sitting still. Can't be driveline noise if the truck isn't moving.

I have a TRDOR with 3500 miles on it. I havent had the wind noise problem until yesterday. I was driving into a 25 to 30 mph headwind for approx.a 3 mile stretch and it made the howling sound 2 times. Each time it howled sounded like blowing in a coke bottle. Each howl lasted about a second.

Well John, it sounds like that cannot be "driveline harmonics". Mine's quiet too, but I don't think I've been in 30 mph crosswinds.

    You reading this, Bob?

I have a 2016 TRDOR and I experience two negative sound issues. I get the kazoo sounding whistle INSIDE the cab at high speed or during wind. Sounds like it's coming from driver side windshield or left most air vent. I also hear the Coke bottle whistle from the outside sporadically, but this seems to be outside the cab. I plan to visit the dealership to have the first issue fixed. Anyone know the service number from Toyota?

I'm pursuing seals and molding as the source of my WIND noise. The upper seal on the rear window is horrible.

Not sure if anyone has said this yet but this is a known problem by Toyota. They recommend adjusting the doors to their spec (dealership has that) and if that doesn't work, they are working an a firmer seal. Mine does the same thing. Sounds like a kazoo when I get a crosswind. My dealership said it will likely turn into a recall that will cover everyone but they haven't found a fix for sure yet.

Just got back from the dealer; new passenger upper window seals on the way. :fingerscrossed:

Is your consistent or is it a sometimes thing? I can't ever get mine to replicate the issue since it seems to only do it when I have a crosswind. Since the dealership can't replicate it, they can only do what Toyota is authorizing them to do and that was the door adjustment

    It's a sometimes thing.
Changes with; speed, moisture, and temperature.
In calm wind and dry conditions it comes on around 35-40mph.
Cold and moisture make it 'louder'.
Headwinds and crosswinds will make the speed vary; I've noticed it as low as 15 mph.
Most of the time it's the coke bottle howl.
If I get up above 70 with crosswind, I get high pitched whistles.
I swear I once heard it sitting in the driveway during heavy winds.
