I am also interested in upgrading the basic Entune Radio with Scout GPS to the Entune Radio with built in GPS and wanted to know if it is a direct replacement that just plugs into the existing wiring harness, and will I have to add a gps antenna?

    the harness will be different.

also, it's Entune Premium JBL Audio. so yeah, won't work as a swap in for Entune Plus radio.

I would pull the radio out and take some pictures. Then search for the other radios and see what's connected to them. There are wire diagrams on this forum to look at. And see if it will work.

okay, now i have to know if you are serious and also what exactly you mean.

i may be wrong here, but usually the Entune Premium JBL system has GPS, amplification and subwoofer. that would usually require a different wiring harness.

so how did Crutchfield say this would work?
