Had my 2016 tacoma just over a year and a friend of mine has 2015 tacoma with the stock bilstein shocks that he offered me for nothing with springs. I was wondering if they will fit my truck, or should i just invest in a lift kit and take it from there. Thanks for any imput.,I will post pics later, My truck has more miles than his 2015 which is funny to me.

It'll fit, but the 3rd gen spring is taller and has a higher rate. I don't think you'll get any lift with them; might even lower it.
