2016 SR5 Grill to 2018 Sport Honeycomb grill with emblem

    OK guys I looked and searched but I have someone that is selling me a 2018 TRD Sport Honeycomb grill which uses the Toyota emblem (no emblem included) for my 2016 SR5 using my current 2016 emblem... So Will my 2016 emblem fit the 2018 emblem empty slot? I read one post that said the emblem connection posts were changed for 2020 and would not fit older emblems but it did not sound like that applied to 2016 to 2018/2019....attached is a shot of the grill I am switching too.
