Congrats on your new Taco. Looks great! I wanted a white TRD OR 4 x 4 but my daughter wanted black and since it's going to be hers in 2 years (senior year) I decided to give in and get black.
    Congrats once again looks terrific!

Nice truck! I bought the the 2016 DCSB this weekend. It's a TRD sport. I am currently getting 19 highway (75ish mph) with only 150 miles on it. Is yours automatic? The only complaint I've had with mine is the constant downshifting. I regret buying and auto already. I'm coming from a 2014 Scooby WRX though. The ride is so much more refined and the interior is a fantastic upgrade. I guess I just want to know if I'm alone when it comes to the constant downshifting to maintain speed. Going up moderate inclines on the highway at 75, the truck randomly drops to 4th from 6th when 5th would have been perfectly fine. I have tried the tiptronic system but it still downshifts from 5.

The AT will learn a bit for shift patterns the first couple hundred miles of driving.

Just a quick snap shot. Can't really review it seeing it for a while. I may have to adjust my headlights a little, but it might be the HID glare from the bulbs.

Can you comment on the headlights before your HID install? Did they light up pretty good? Was the beam wide? Thanks

I wished I took a picture before the install. The light was decent, not quite wide as the HID. Definitely view able since the truck has projectors already. I just like a pure white color.

Actually there was a Quicksand DCLB TRD OR on cars.com a few days ago for sale down in Colorado. Must have been sold because I cannot find it anymore. Someone else was posting about it too. I did find the link to the ad but it has been taken down.

I actually use a 10 G37 as a commuter. It was side swiped and is in the body shop. Currently driving the taco for work since I wanted to break it in fast. so far its about 700 miles and it drives pretty good. Wish it had more power off the line then the higher rpms, but i haven't really drove fast with it yet.

JK 15 Wrangler vs Tacoma 15 DC. Definitely different. The wrangler is nosier, feels like it has more power. The taco is fun to drive so is the wrangler, but i prefer my taco more. Like stated the wrangler is the misses.
