    A small handful of select mods.
    The best thing is long pants and long sleeves. My legs were bite free until Saturday afternoon when I decided to put on some shorts. Those little phuckers wasted no time in messing with me.

    This year I am gonna build up a decent supply of vitamin B-12 in my system before Rock Therapy. Starting about 4 weeks prior. We will see how that does.
