2016 Taco FabFours bumpers

    The mounting set up on both their front and rear bumpers was faulty. On the front bumper although it was very adjustable with the vertical and horizontal slots the second you used your winch it would pull the bumper forward. The front bumper was also ridiculously heavy and had very bad approach angle...not to mention it was also UAF. On the rear bumper it used the same slot set up and just the weight of a full size spare on the tire gate would cause the bumper to slip...weekly. Same problem if you tried to actually use the recovery points on the rear bumper those variable mounting holes would slip. The only way to stop the rear bumper from moving was to drill your own 1/2" holes through the mounts and add your own grade 8 bolts in fixed locations. Their locking pin for the rear swing gate also did not line up and was useless. They had to ship everyone new parts to correct the issue.

    I did use the recovery points on my rear bumper without issue... but perhaps i got one after they fixed the issues you speak of. Never got swinging tire mount so i cant speak to that
