Not sure if you've seen shrocksworks bumpers for the 4Runner but they are already doing this by adding the missing piece below the headlight and color matching it to the body color of the 4Runner. It looks pretty sweet. Also I did the PS in 5 mins. Didn't want to waste my time making it look pretty. It's more for concept.

The 4 runner has a piece of its flare or fender built as the bumper. The flares on the 3rd gen are one piece and are over layed onto the bumper. They would ethier have to be cut or taken off. The 4 runners's grill also doesn't dip into the bumper.

Like I said you can make a bumper like that but you will have to cut up the fender flares and bumper and hack the grill up. The bumper wont probably be a flat straight horizontal line on the top is what I'm saying without cutting stuff.

The only issue I have is with how massive that grille is... let the bumper come more or less straight across and shorten the grille, it'd look pretty nice on the front end.

The rear taillights aren't stellar, but they aren't horrible in my opinion.

I agree about the grille, that grille threw my eye for days last week. I couldnt appreciate the changes and new lines till i realized that. Amazing how pitches and angles can change the look of the tacoma like that. Over the wknd, my tacoma appeared sort of, more nautical to me, for lack of a better term...like lines of a boston whaler, compared to this new design. Its certainly an amazing art form.

Pretty sure they discontinued spruce mica in 2014...I wanted one in 2015 and they don't have em. Now I have to hunt one down.

I still can't over that fat lip lower valance on the front. So dumb/ugly. But that interior and the gizmos on the off road are dope.

The interior and the tailgate I like. The grill I think I like because a Satoshi would make it easy to hide a bunch of lights in that gaping mouth of of a grill. The bumpers gotta go though
