I have owned the truck for two days, 103k miles.

Filled the gas tank today and went to drive to visit family and now am getting check engine light and trac light on.

Trac Off & Check Engine Lights are now on.

At 30 mph the Trac Offlight shuts off. Check Engine light remains on. As soon as I get above about 30 the trac light stays on.

Stopped at AutoZone and they said it is showing a p0052 code with is o2 sensor high voltage. Not sure how that would affect the trac light. Anyone please have any ideas, I got a used car warranty on it but with having issues this quick it's not like I trust the dealership to stand by anything.

I did change the gas cap before I got the codes just in case it was something stupid like that.

They tie the trac light to all sorts of codes. I think the purpose is to draw attention to it. Either way it has nothing to do with the actual code.

Trac Off will always accompany a CEL on Toyotas equipped with Traction Control, fix the CEL and the light should go out.

P0052 is a short in the Bank 2 Sensor 1 AFR Sensor heater circuit, could be a failed sensor or a short in the wiring.

Might be worth checking the A/F HTR Fuse (20A) in the underhood fuse box.

I kinda suspected based on code set criteria (heater current exceeds 14 amps) but I figured it was worth checking before getting too involved.

I'll try to remember to post the troubleshooting chart later.
