What do you think about the new f150s? The ecoboosts look mighty tempting and are within range of the 3rd gen tacos. Is the f-150 still unreliable or full of gremlins?

I have a few buddies that have them and they wish they had gone with the 5.0 for the most part. They aren't horrible reliability wise but from what they say the mileage gains aren't worth the loss of quick responsive v8 torque. The best truck I ever owned was an 02 F150 crew cab 4x4 better than any of my Toyotas even. My 06 though was the worst truck I've ever owned. I would get another one but never another 3v 5.4. In my opinion fords and Chevy's are hit or miss on reliability. Toyota is more consistent in my opinion.
Note that the friends I know of with the Eco boost are the first gen ecoboosts I heard they changed the ecoboosts motor for 15 and up though.
