I ordered my 2016 Tacoma in Nov. of 2015 and recieved it in Jan of 2016, shortly after I started to get advisories on the following two systems. ABS system, stability control system. Now with just over 3600 miles the advisories seem to be there all the time, especially when Im towing my boat. And. no the boat is not to big for the truck.. Has anyone else had anything like this happen and should I consider this as serious

yes, I took my Taco to the dealership. They found the following:
ABS, Stability control system warning light on and no brake lights. Checked TBS and found nothing.
Scanned for codes and got C1422 and C1380 cleared codes and road tested codes reset. Checked related fuses all serviceableConnected T streamchecked ABS/VSC/Trac data list observed ON/OFF rangeon brake pedal not responding. Checked bulbs Good. Disconnect TED Skid ECU Connector measured S!-35 STP ground applied 9Vreleased 1.1V tested normal.
The correction was : needs ECU Brake actuator Assy.
ECU Brake assy replaced all seems normal

Wow...amazing what the dealership can do when you bring a fixable problem to them!

nice to see that they fixed the problem, but what i was not impressed with was one of the service managers attitude. On the other hand the alternate manager was more than helpful. So overall guess I had a good experience
