2016 Toyota Tacoma gray

Hello guys, I’m new here, my current 2016 Toyota Tacoma has it’s original radio. I want to switch the radio with a 2020 one that I bought, however it did not come with the harnesses. Here are some photos of my current and newer radio:

I don’t know if it’s compatible or not, but you could try contacting Crutchfield to see if they can make you a harness adapter.
