2016 Tacoma colored dash bezels

What's up guys? I am obviously new here and am anxiously waiting for my new Tacoma Double Cab Trd off-road 4x4 in quicksand. I've wanted a toyota truck since i saw Marty Mcflys' sitting in his garage back in 1985!

I have looked in the forum with no success, but i was wondering if anyone has pictures of painted dash bezel pieces. Preferably in quicksand. They come in inferno from the factory, but unfortunately that is the only color. It would also be nice if you have instructions on how to remove the bezel pieces. Thanks!!

 

I'd like to do the same thing if possible. Hope someone has already successfully removed the trim.....

The color options from Toyota are Black, Gun metal, Silver, and inferno. Other than that, you can spray paint it whatever color your want.

DYC beat me to it with the link to @jeff_taco_4x4 explaining the removal. Apparently it just pops off. Going to be removing mine soon.

Looks sick. Needs OWL on the sidewalls and oldschool rubber 4WD mud "flaps"

 

I did mine last week and they look great just take off the radio one first it overlaps the one on the left side in the instrument panel. It comes off easy.. ill post

So did you use the white as a base then spray the rest? I'm assuming this would give you the factory color, but make it removable if you screw it up or something.

 

Yes or if I wanted to change it up which I did. It looks stock again but when light hits it, it has a shimmer and shine

It’s a hidden future it doesn’t shine 24/7 only when the sun hits it other than that it’s like a gunmetal gray
Just a little different from what everyone else is doing either color match or blacking out

 

That is really smart! I didn't know you could paint over dip. Does it hold up well?

Is painting the bezel the only way to change the color? Or does anyone know a company the sells aftermarket colored bezels??

 

You could wrap it with vinyl.
