the top of the line option package is FP and its standard on the limited, option on the Sport and OR A/T.

we went with a DCSB Sport v6 A/T with FP (JBL), TO (tow pkg), MF (mud flaps), R6 (predator steps), PF (paint protection film), ?? (all weather floor mats).

tow package should be about the same as the 2015 pricing.

How hard would it have been to add an ash and black interior color? I'm dumbfounded by the decision to only offer brown. Also, it's crazy no long bed option in the limited either. If they don't fix it for 2017, they've lost a customer.

Clazzio seat covers solve one problem, and getting a Limited in Canada solves the other.

FYI: If you're just going to complain about the options that exist or don't exist, you're not going to fit in well here. Otherwise, welcome to TW.

BTW, getting a DCLB Sport, OR, or Pro with the tech package is another solution. Mirrors and seats (the only difference) are easy to fix.

It should be a little easier now. The 2017 TRD PRO has a black interior.

I would like an ash and black interior as well. Hickory doesn't work with a silver exterior. In fact, I've never seen a maker offer brown with a silver exterior.

It wouldn't be cost effective to change out the brown on the limited, the door panels and stitched dash panels all match so you would really have to tear it apart to change it. Really the dark brown isn't bad at all, adds some nice contrast to the black interior and makes it feel much more premium. I wasn't sure about it at first, but with the black headliner it has really grown on me and now I love it. I too would have ordered black leather if it was an option, but now that I have the hickory I love it and get lots of compliments when people ride with me. I was worried about the leather not being perforated for summer, but the nice pattern on the leather keeps them from getting too hot, keeps liquids from getting in the perforations, and feels much more premium than most aftermarket leathers. I changed out the mirror caps to body color for $42/ea from the dealer and the truck looks sharp. I normally prefer cloth seats but I really didn't like the cloth seats available on the 3rd gen, they felt so much cheaper than the nice mesh cloth seats on my previous 2nd gen truck, and with the whole cab black inside including the dash and headliner the TRD Sport interior felt kind of cheap and dark for a truck this expensive. Plus I did not want to tear apart my headliner to add homelink. Worst case order a 2017 TRD Pro it has black leather.

But, if you had a choice between brown and charcoal?

I like the Hickory interior. If anyone with a limited doesn't, and wants to trade, Ill trade and pay for Katzkin leather of your color choice to be installed in your truck. The easiest way to do this would be locally of course, we can also trade other trim (mine is all black vinyl, on a TRD Off Road with garage kept 2600 miles) I am located in St. Petersburg, FL. Ill otherwise be ordering Katzkin sometime before the end of the month, trying to figure out the color combo I want if I do order the Katzkin. Just wanted to throw this out to anyone who may be interested in changing their Limited Hickory to Black or another color leather.

In Canada, JBL is only available in the Limited, you can't option it in any other model. It comes with the Sport wheels, not the same as the ones in the U.S. It also comes in a long box configuration, not SB.

Included chrome running boards, tow package, both sets of mats, door sill protectors (not sure if U.S. gets that) at no extra charge.

Just throwing it out there for anyone looking.

and the sonar option again only on the limited. I think the US can add it to any of them.

I hope we can get JBL in the 2017s for a reasonable price. If not aftermarket it is.

    Good point, forgot that one.

Edit: But Double Cabs can get BSM....that makes no sense at all. Same sensors.

Edit, Edit: It does have RCTA. So maybe only the 2 outer sensors, but IDK.

I got the aftermarket leather, mine is charcoal and has TRD embroidered in the headrests. I absolutely love it, it's way nicer than the stock interior and gets tonnes of compliments

Had them installed through dealer, can't say. I got hem for $1500 CAD installed though, which is pretty good compared to other quotes.

That being said a member on here sells them and you can install yourself. From what I hear it's easy provided you take your time but it takes a lot of time
