There have been some reports, your stealership is your best option here, as it could be a drain tube blocked, a gasket or any number of things.
If it was me, I would open it and look around the gasket area for any foreign matter, cuts or misalignment in short, anything that looks out of place. Maybe you can post some pics?

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!

If you search sunroof leak using the "in this forum only" option also try searching moonroof leak the same method... you'll find some threads on it. It has been reported by a handful of other members here as an issue. I would take it to the dealer to get it looked at.

Quite a few of us have experience with these issues. If you have questions feel free to ask, we can point you in the right direction I think. Unfortunately for some of the problems, it seems Toyota still has not released an official "Fix" yet...like the Hood problem. The dealers are outsourcing it right now but I plan to wait for an official fix as I don't want an outside body shop repainting my brand new truck just yet.

Here's a thread from yesterday which does a good job covering the Software Update and Trans fluid issue....scroll down for my post on it where I included several helpful links. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/software-update…-and-now….444479/#post-12960612

Quick up date.. Took the truck in to the dealer, they did a recalibration update on the transmission, there going to send the truck to a body shop to get the hood rattle fixed there also going to let the shop fix the sun roof leak.

The video fail is a Chevy not a Toyota.
