Take it in for warranty if you still can.

EFI and the A/C are NOT getting power correct?
The other 4 are common to the headlights.

Let me start by dropping this here.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2016-electrical-schematics.404589/#post-16884554
You may find the diagrams you need there.
You should check my work before you try anything on your own.
I’m no expert, just attempting to help.
    Take my advice with caution.

H-LP LO comes from the battery. (This makes it interesting)
It should have power all the time.

The H-LP HI comes from the Dimmer Relay
The Dimmer Relay is fed from the 20A Dimmer Fuse.
The 20A Dimmer Fuse is fed from the Battery.

EFI No.4 Fuse is fed by EFI Main #1 Relay.
(It also feeds the EFI #3 Fuse)
It is fed from the 30A EFI Main Fuse.
EFI 30A is fed by the Battery.

The A/C Fuse is fed by HTR Relay.
The HTR Relay is fed by the HTR 50A Fuse.
The 50A HTR Fuse is fed by the 140A ALT Fuse.

The BKUP LP No. 2 is fed by the BKUP Relay.
The BKUP Relay is fed from 15A BKUP No. 1 Fuse.
The BKUP No. 1 Fuse is fed from the 140A ALT Fuse.
The 140A ALT Fuse is fed by the Battery.

Looking like you have a Junction Box issue to me.
And possibly an ECM if it is causing some of the relays NOT to operate.
Or again, the power junction box not not suppling power.
The H-LP LO Fuse is the one that gets my attention.

@caribe makaira will be able to help you better than I can in this situation.

I could be completely wrong on all of it.
But it’s where I’d start if it were my truck.

Thanks for the help. I went ahead and check the issue and found that the BCM was bad and after replacing it the issue was solved. It was damage due to a fuse overload since the owner been so savvy installed a 40amp fuse when it just needed a 7.5 amp to be replaced after it blew when installing new Led taillights on the truck.
