My rear window is leaking allowing water into the cab of the truck. Did water hose testing and discovered the water is coming in on the passenger side where the cab seal meets the window seal. I put some Permatex clear silicone adhesive sealant on the area. But still getting water.

My question is: can the rear window seals be replaced or do I have to replace the entire window? The dealership told me that they could not replace the seals on the rear window. Need the whole window replaced.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Welcome to TW! Not sure about the back window seals, take it to a good glass shop and ask them. Dealerships will always try to up sell you whether you need it or not.

    This.

One that is a long time independent would be what I looked for.

If you have any hot rod gatherings in your area that's a good place to get referrals, as many hot rods have custom glass.

But consider there may be rust damage under the seal, so be prepared to deal with that if found.

HondaGM, yes. Did water testing with the help of 2 friends for 2 days. And it was always in that same spot.
