    Hows it going,
Got a 2016 Tacoma trd OR with 100k has a fox 2.0 kit on it with icon rxt leafs option2. Been having just finicky issues with it. Has a new drive shaft, 4x4 actuator, every fluid replaced, new spark plugs etc, and when you start it up it takes a while for the rpms to go down if you try to drive it without letting the rpms get to 600 its just rough. You get a strong buzzing vibe and womping buzz when just rolling or coming to a stop. Tried to find out the problem but its just been bugging me. Could it just be the shitty trans these years have or something else. Lemme hear your thoughts.

Got trans and gear fluid changed recently just for maintenance wise last year from toyota. Even before then it still made this feeling. Like your driving down a hill in a low gear.

Just did a coolant flush and throttle clean also from toyota two weeks ago. Drives alittle better but it still has the same feeling.

    Some random thoughts.

    1. Did you use genuine Toyota Spark Plugs?
    2. Any recalls you are not aware of?
    3. Fuel Pump recall done?
    4. Coolant level correct?

Maybe it was tuned prior to you owning it?

Another thing could be that the engine/trans mapping tables still adjusting to your driving style. It could take up to 10000 miles to fully adjust. You can reset the tables for relearning using techstream.

Yes everything mechanical wise other than suspension is oem straight from toyota. Only recall was a light in the rear. And coolant level is good. Sometimes you get surging/ lurching when you turn the wheel on the first start up. But it goes away once everything warms up. Running 285 70 17

Based on your initial post I am dumbfounded. Seems like there are 2 different problems, one with the engine (rough until it warms up) and the other a drivetrain issue. Really need to find a very experienced tech from an independant shop that really knows how to use a scanner also.

Even if I knew what a "strong buzzing vibe" or a "womping buzz" were, I still wouldn't be able to help you. Is there any purple indica or afgan skunk involved too?

How are the tires? Any uneven wear on the inner or outer treadblocks that make them look more like ramps? Can you drag your hand over the inner half and outter half of the front tires in both direction with the same sensation (no "angled tooth" situation?)

Did you mark your transmission plug before taking it to the dealer to verify they actually performed the work? Wouldn't be the first time a dealership let a customer pay for work that the tech never bothered to do.
