2016 Tacoma social media leak

I'm unreasonably excited about this release.

My wife... not so much.

 

Well TBH you are going to find alot of different members here who have many different reasons for picking a tacoma over the current competition, but you are also wondering about purchasing a truck that none of us have even seen a complete picture of. Not calling you an idiot just think you might be in the wrong thread.

 

Somebody on the thread called the Colorado a "pussy truck" and it struck my curiosity so I responded to that person asking why they felt that way about the Colorado, it just happened to be on the third gen thread. I don't expect anyone to convince me to buy a truck that hasn't even been debuted yet, I am still just trying to find out why people (probably not all but at least one person) think the Colorado is a "pussy truck", so I can be as informed as possible when making my next $35k purchase.

 

Word of advice- If someone calls any truck a pussy truck they shouldn't be taken too seriously.

I'll tell ya why I'm biased towards my Tacoma, I owned the last gen Colorado and it was the biggest pile of crap I have ever owned. Thing broke down left my family and me stranded and we'll that was the final straw, traded in for the Tacoma. I was strictly a Chevy guy but my last experience with a Chevy product changed my whole outlook.

 

I hope that is not the new front end. It looks like a Colorado front end

All those pics are wrong. Friend of mine works at Toyota design in TX.
Only pic that had been release is the tailgate. It will be revealed next month at the Detroit auto show.

But my cousin works for Chevy and said toyota is garbage and not worth it's weight in aluminum!

 

However my father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate says two more sneak pics are in the works prior to the Detroit Auot show.

 

I heard from a friend who's roommates girlfriends cousins dad's grandfather's tree trimmers pool guy knew a guy that had been to a Toyota dealer ship before, that they are actually doing away with the Tacoma in 2016. that's just what I heard, anyway.
