    My outlook is 100% positive.

    They blew us away when the 2nd gen came out, and they waited almost a decade to update it. They were being smart and doing their homework.

    My prediction is that the 3rd gen will be equally as mind blowing as the 2nd gen when it came out.

    I honestly don't see any advantage the 1st gens have over the second besides its smaller and has a better manual trans. That's it. There awesome trucks dont get me wrong but saying that the 2nd gen is a pile of crap and totally worthless compared to the first gen is wrong.

    2nd gen Tacoma is nothing like a T100. Furthermore the T100 was Toyotas version of a fullsize truck ( not a midsize) which was to compete against the American full size trucks which was only produced between 93 to 98.
