Thats a beautifull truck, Here is a breakout of my taco project so far,

Bought it in Copart in New York is a 2016 Tacoma SR5 4x4 with 94K miles for $9,797, Trasportation to Texas was $1,050, Parts $2,581.49, Labor for Painting and installing parts $1,600, wrecker to take truck to shop $120, Fuel Bronze rebel wheels 18s with Radar's MT's 35s, RC 6 inch lift kit with loaded struts, $3,800 i will install it myself, we are lookinng at a rough estimate of $19k, The plan is to leave it just like this one. What do you guys think? Too much money for the project or thats about right?

I think if you plan on keeping it awhile it should be fine.

Big lift and that cost changes the value calculation for sure. If the engine/tranny/trans case has been well maintained then your good

Just remember, at the end of the day, it is a salvage title and it's resale value is depreciated accordingly. If you are square with that and plan to keep it, than have at it!
