2016 Tonneau cover

I bought a 2106 TRD Sport Tacoma back in November. It came with a Tri-fold Toyota factory Tonneau cover. I was told that it would be water proof for traveling, so I agreed to add it. Well.... it isn't! Any one have an idea(s) on how to fix this problem? Thanks!!

 

It could be a couple of issues: 1) they forgot to install the foam caps that seal the header rail gap to the side rails or 2) the cover isn't closed all the way.

With cover closed, flip down the tailgate and look to the front...if you see daylight at the front near the top corners...it's #1
When closed with tailgate closed, if the back of the cover seems loose, it's #2

 

I was told by Toyota Corporation that some come from factory installed.But if you added it as a accessory the dealer sends it out to a outside contractor who installs it.The ones that come from factory have Tacoma across the back panel by tailgate

 

try this got it from manufacturer extant 2.0 tonneau who dealer installed.
