I like the predictable throttle curve in base.

She runs pretty good now with OVTune 1.05.1 (got rid of my shudder) but getting rid of all the hard downshifts and unneeded upshifts would be poyfect! Stupid Toyota.

I'm at 04A460 as well. I had a bit of the "Bumpy road" feeling, at first I thought it was random misfires when accelerating in 6th and low RPMS. No "whole truck shudder" as others are now describing. Tried 1.05.1 and there was no change so I went back to 1.05. It's not a big deal, don't know if stock tune had it or not, too long ago to remember. I just learned to press the pedal a little harder and it either goes away or downshifts. Benefits far outweigh that little strangeness.

I think i need some help..

So in the instructions on the YouTube video it says (at 3:38) to run p5flash utility. The truck is on accessory mode, everything is connected/disconnected and reconnected but the option doesn’t show up on my flash manager. It’s there, but i can’t click on it? And ideas??

Click "install all software" again, and make sure your anti-virus isn't blocking it. (99% of the time windows defender)

Also make sure you are in ignition mode, without starting the truck. Push the button twice without your foot on the brake.

You said you were in accessory mode, so not sure if you meant to say ignition mode or not

Got it working!! So far so good! Went with 87 base (Cali gas) took it for a quick spin and everything seemed great! Can’t wait to put some more miles on the tune.

543EFCB9-6E01-48AF-8877-C8AC1ED2D212.jpg On 91 base with ECT engaged most of the time. Fully loaded w/ camping gear and camper shell. Stock height/tires. I’m liking ect +91 base a lot! Holds gears and shifts like butter and has all the power I need.

Is anyone using ECT on all the time on 91 Performance tune with or without gear loaded and has any issues?

Basically...just wondering is it ok to run ECT on all the time with 91 Performance tune no matter what your load is or how your truck is set up?
