    Where are the 93 octane dyno numbers? There are only dyno results for the 87 octane tunes on the first page of this thread. Nor do I see it on the OVTune site.

    I think you guys may be confused.
    Dyno jet numbers are tested on 93 octane
    Dyno dynamics numbers tested on 91 octane
    Other dyno dynamics numbers ( with air control valve tuning) is 87 octane

    I should have clarified "There are no dyno numbers for the 91 or 93 octane performance tunes." Is that correct Mat?

    So the Dynos on the first post are for 93 / 87 performance?

    I also see the one for 87 perf but it looks very similar to 93 which is what I am confused about.

    Might be a good idea to label each pic so we know for sure, I do see the 93 octane Dynojet one you are referring to though.

    Anyone running there OV Tune with a Sprint Booster? I have both if you have the Sprint Booster on even at setting 3 green tapping the pedal knocks you back in the seat. It's crazy I wonder if this is cause for concern using a Sprint Booster with the tune.

    @OVTune is there a way you guys can put the tuned 87 base on ect button.

    I like driving the 87 perf but 1 or 2 times a month I do some off road driving. Instead of having to flash and carry my laptop everywhere. I was wondering if this can be implemented. I dont need ect mode with the 87 perf tune so now the ect button is useless to me.

    I'm no expert on this, but I don't think that there is any memory anywhere on the truck to hold a separate tune, and probably no way to overwrite all those mappings in memory on the fly with the push of a button. Trust me, I think we'd all love if this was possible.

    I think the selector idea was to make a larger tune file encompassing what we know today as each tune. The 'larger' tune would just have the different maps/routing for >1 existing tune. A selector "could" switch between those mappings to mimic say a base vs performance tune. The thread has talked about the cruise button, perhaps ECT, and more recently the Off-Road Mode selector that could be the way OVT implements it. All we can do is wait and see what comes out of it.

    I was thinking the ECU probably only has enough memory to hold the contents of a single tune in it, thus not much wiggle room to fit more mappings in it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Would love to hear differently.

    I highly recommend not using the sprint booster with the tune

    What we need is a consistent method across all trims that can allow the tune selections. Given OVT is looking to repurpose existing hardware/software interfaces (like the ECT or OR Mode Selector) it's unfortunate that a custom method can't be modeled after a custom selector switch we could all implement. @OVTune is such an idea to add a hardware component and get it recognized for tune map selection even plausible down the road?

    @OVTune are you part of orange virus company and mainly focus on tacoma or are you yourself ovtune? Ive seen a lot lately about tuning work on several other vehicles (non tacoma) is this all your work too or another tuner?
