    Not a rep. It’s signed Matt Wilson on the bottom of the email.

    Why would a rep use Matthew Wilson’s name on every email?

    Do you use the owners name on your emails you send to clients?

    Mat has responded with the proper email address, so why not take the opportunity to clear the situation up with him?

    I don't know what you hope to accomplish by pushing the blacklisting narrative in this thread.

    I thought about that...but when files don’t load for 1.04 and mat says that 1.04 won’t load because he has the wrong ID on file for my truck....

    I could wait but I would like to get my issue resolved

    Dude, the universe throws all of us a curve every now and then and laughs in our face. Sounds like you have a lot going on in your life- moving, new house, settling in wife and kids. My humble suggestion is to drop Mat an email at his current email address (at post#1) and start all over with what you need. Any info you can give him, (order #, ECU ID, old address and new address) would help cut down the number of emails back and forth. Then, sit back, be patient, and enjoy the holidays with your family- especially the kids; they shoot up and will be gone before you realize it. Merry Christmas!

    Mat has to know who you are before he can help. A change in customer's email address since the original purchase could screw with things as well.

    I’m not upset...I’m frustrated since I’ve been asking for files at least 10 times over the last 2 months with 6 of those times getting an actual response but no help on where to go to get those files.

    Mat also responded with asking me to PM him. No response in PM granted that was only a day or 2 ago.

    Not pushing the narrative of blacklisting. What am I supposed to think when I don’t get responses and OVtunes own response in first page is....”blacklisting is an option if numbers don’t match”

    I’ve had the same email for well over 20 years. I’m still at yahoo.com. Lol

    I thought mat knew me since we have had 16 emails back and forth over the course of a year. All those emails are signed by Matthew Wilson.

    I get it, but he's got a lot of customers and I would imagine a crapton of emails to sift through. I've interacted with Mat quite a lot during testing of various tunes, and he still doesn't know who I am on here. He's a very busy guy lol. I always use my email address that I provided at time of purchase and OVtune order number when corresponding with him.

    Send your correct ecu ID and serial number to zendesk and everything will be resolved tomorrow. I should of mentioned in Gmail that we use a new email to Handle customers since it's way easier to track tickets. I am sorry about that.

    Regarding who someone is by email or forum name, sorry I can't remember everyone so it's best to add your ECU ID and other details if you are requesting file updates.

    I get it man, it's super frustrating facing all this hostility when all you want is to tune your truck because it doesn't drive they way you want. I've sat where you sat and I know how frustrating it is. Just rest assured, now that you've sent him an email to the new address that he swears by, he has to respond and he definitely will. Let's all just relax, drink a beer, and complain about toyota's piece of shite stock tune

    @Waabaah , I had a similar issue with communication a few months ago. Turns out I was using the wrong email. Once I used the Zendesk email, Matt got right back to me and all manner of things have been well. I'm a happy customer, patiently awaiting 1.05. I've told several friends about Matt and OV and I tell them all what I'm telling you now: Use the Zendesk email for all of your communications with Matt and enjoy the best product available for our trucks.
