Ok. I remember now. My son has 2016 and took it in for that when the recall came in.

Gotta say, after flashing the new 91 mpg tune yesterday my trucks engine is really quiet now. Most of the city driving is at 1k rpm cruising and it doesn't lug or feel like a dog. It used to be really rowdy, now it just purrs. Thank you Mat! Can't wait to see how the 4.88 tune will make this truck perfect.

Minimize all windows, you'll find FM installer running awaiting your input.

Mat is exactly right.. At least in my case my truck was being stupid before I ever flashed ovtune. Toyota told me numerous times working as intended and characteristic of the truck. I'm just trying to work with mat to get it straightened out where it's tolerable. So far my experience with ovtune in general has been positive for sure.

If someone made a youtube video on how to install all of this from 0 yeah that'd be great.

I am betting the affliction is VERY contagious and it is in the Company's best interest for the safety of all workers that you vacate the premises for 24 hours at which time you will likely be 100% thanks to the targeted "meds". :D

My first problem was missing the msvcp140.dll which I found and installed. The next problem was missing visual c++ which I downloaded and installed. Now I have this problem and can not find a solution. I am able to download the FM and get a successful indication after the purge local data step but then get this prompt when I try to install all software. I have tried to download FM 1.0.0 and FM 1.0.2. Any ideas? I did not want to bother Mat if anyone can help here. ThanksIMG_0005.jpg

Trying to install flash manager, used download link in instructions. When trying to open I’m getting the 4 errors for missing .dll files. What do I do??? Thought this was repackaged with everything fixed?

Might be a good idea to at least put those new links in the 1st post so they can be found easily?

a question for an old DONGLE user.
I skip past the 3 step -1 software setup-2 registration -3 flashing , and or the C++ runtime (unless needed later )
I just go to the bottom of the instructions and my FIRST step is to download https://yadi.sk/d/-NVAdIeJyBxbZA
and follow its instructions ? And that is all there is to it ?

Also , With this new software , are we able to use it to flash an older file (that is suitable for the 04B04 ecu I have ) if I want to ?

Wow, this is super confusing. Like wtf. Haha

Can somebody post the download links for all I will need for an old dongle kit?

There are so many posts in here with download links, don’t know which one is right.

Also, once I figure out getting the new flash manager installed, can I just use the old PCMflash 1.183 to flash the tunes? Or do I have to use a new flashing software now?
